**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** to AEC firms, contractors, and consultants in the US market.
- Maintain and update **CRM** with lead information, call logs, and follow-up status.
- Identify potential client requirements and pitch **BIM services** effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales/technical team.
- Achieve **monthly lead generation and outreach targets**.
- Research and maintain a database of target customers in the assigned region.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **international B2B sales or lead generation** (preferably for AEC or IT services).
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** (US English preferred).
- Comfortable working **night shifts** to match US business hours.
- Strong **phone presence** and experience in outbound calling.
- Knowledge or understanding of **BIM, Revit, and the AEC industry** will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
