The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Pick & Place Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SMT equipment to ensure efficient production of LED circuit boards. The role involves setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring high-quality assembly of electronic components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain SMT Pick & Place machines for LED PCB assembly.
- Perform setup, programming, and calibration of SMT equipment as per production requirements.
- Load components into feeders and ensure accurate placement on PCBs.
- Monitor the production process to detect and resolve any misplacements, soldering defects, or machine errors.
- Conduct regular quality checks to meet company standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT machines to prevent downtime.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure defect-free production.
- Maintain production logs and document machine performance issues.
- Follow workplace safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection protocols.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize machine efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SMT machine operation (Preferably in LED or electronics manufacturing).
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform adjustments.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
