Engineer- Smt Production

The SMT Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Surface Mount Technology assembly line This includes process setup equipment maintenance quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and high-quality PCB assembly What You Will Do Set up optimize Monitor SMT as well as THT production lines Develop and maintain process documentation SOPs work instructions Skill Matrix Check sheet Monitor and improve process parameters to ensure high yield and low defect rates Compliance of system requirements to get IATF 16949 ISO 14001 OHSAS and ESD certification Monitor Control and improve Production KPI -
