**Job Title: SMT Operator**

**Experience**: Having 1-2 years SMT **machine operating** experience

**Location**: Satpur, Nashik

**Job Summary**:
The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Surface Mount machines used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role requires a good understanding of SMT processes, machine operation, and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Set up and operate SMT placement machines (pick-and-place, reflow ovens, screen printers) according to production schedules and work instructions.

Load components onto feeders and ensure proper alignment.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs.

Inspect PCBs for defects (e.g., missing components, misplacements, solder bridges) using visual inspection and/or automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment.

Rework or repair defective boards as needed.

Maintain accurate records of production output and quality data.

Perform routine maintenance on SMT machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement.

Assist in preventative maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation
- Experience operating SMT machines (specific machine experience may be required).
- Knowledge of SMT processes and components.
