Job description
The Junior Executive will assist the PR Office in managing institutional and governmental communications, liaison follow-ups, and day-to-day office operations.
The role includes handling correspondence, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team in events, visits, and administrative functions
Key Responsibilities
Assist in liaison and coordination with external offices, government departments, and internal units. Support the preparation and dispatch of official letters, reports, and documentation.
Maintain communication logs, records, and filing systems for office correspondence.
Help organize visits, events, and meetings related to Public Relations and institutional coordination.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the PR and Liaison team.
Ensure all communications reflect institutional professionalism and confidentiality.
Follow up on approvals, permissions, and inter-department communications as instructed.
