**Key Deliverables
- Develop systems, sub-systems and pre-commissioning & commissioning works lists
- Prepare pre-commissioning procedures and systems commissioning procedures for issue
- Prepare plan of pre-commissioning & commissioning execution and schedule activities in line with overall project schedules
- Provide inputs for vendors mobilisation plans and schedules
- Prepare Commissioning Close-out Report of the project
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning related Costs estimation for proposals

**Key relationships
Internal to organization: Internal Departments Viz., Civil, Execution

External to organization: Contractors, Vendors, Construction, Client, On-site management

**Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
- Maintenance as per manufacturer manuals and instructions.

Follow up on all plant machines, equipment and vehicle repairs and Services.

Control Distribution of machines, equipments and vehicles among the different jobs and follow up on transporting them as per work requirements.
- Advice company management on choosing/ purchasing new equipment and machineries.
- Arrange for hire of machinery, equipment, servicing and maintenance of vehicles and maintain relevant documents.
- Establish and Implement procedures for equipment control.
Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact based decisions.
- Maintain and improve a team of manufacturing professionals.

Shared cross-functionally
- Interact with Manufacturing / Engineering / Allied Disciplines for activities planning and execution
- Align with Client's work processes and governing guidelines for execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Engineering Office for resolution of issues
- Manage manpower for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up

Provide inputs regarding operability and maintainability during constructability studies to Engineering
