Position: Plant Operator

Industry: FMCG (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, etc.)

Location: QATAR

Experience: 2-5 years in plant operations in FMCG/manufacturing sector
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor various sections of the FMCG production plant such as mixing, processing, filling, packing, or utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors).

Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment and maintain optimum production output.

Check and adjust machine parameters as per product specifications.

Perform routine equipment checks, cleanings, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Follow daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.

Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and equipment usage reports.

Strictly follow GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines during operations.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for breakdowns or quality issues.

Assist in start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures of the plant.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related trade

Experience operating plant machinery in FMCG, dairy, beverage, or food processing industry

Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of SOPs, safety practices, and quality standards
