**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Plant Equipment**: Manage the operation of concrete batching equipment to produce high-quality concrete.
- *Monitor Production:* Oversee the mixing process, ensuring the correct mix design and consistency.
- **TM Driver Coordination**:

- Assign and dispatch TM drivers for scheduled deliveries.
- Ensure drivers follow delivery schedules and safety protocols.
- Communicate with drivers to manage any issues during deliveries.
- **Maintenance**:Perform routine checks and maintenance on plant equipment to avoid downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety regulations for both plant operations and TM drivers.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in a production role in the ready mix concrete industry.

3. Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols.

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with production management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
