**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pilot plant under the supervision.
- Support the scale-up of processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale for API manufacturing.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting for various pilot-scale processes.
- Monitor and record operational data, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Control, R&D, and Production) to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards during all activities.
