Major Job Responsibilities
- Support OEM for E&S products
- Be primary customer contact for all quality issues
- Assist Delphi E&S to get good understanding of quality related customer expectation. Get clear customer requirement on assembly plant return and warranty return
- Ability to analyze return parts at the first level
- Follow up customer complaints or quality issues and drive them to closure on time
- Provide new product handling training to customer
- Coordinate product knowledge introduction to customer
- Implement CAP audit at customer site
- Coordinate and support Control Plan Audit at Delphi PML
- Be the key person for customer management strategy definition
- Be the key person to manage the communication between customer and Delphi E&S
- Take lead in Customer Satisfaction Survey and drive continuous improvement based on results from survey
- Be the key person for new project launch and support project management to define the Launch Support Plan. Define the plant return process flow
- Support product launch in customers’ plants. Lead Delphi Support Team to be onsite support for customer Pilot 1, Pilot 2 and Pilot 3 Build. Define the value stream and plant return verification procedure
- Coordinate and support PPAP audit at Delphi PML
- Submit PPAP package to customer and seek for customer’s approval
- Be the contact window for any changes after SOP and drive the change for customer’s approval smoothly
- Be part of the warranty strategy team and involved in warranty process and agreement definition
- Verify Delphi E&S product warranty returns at customer warranty warehouse and input warranty return data into DPRTS database
