- **Order Processing & Inventory Management**: Ensure timely order fulfillment, track sales performance, and manage inventory with the supply chain team.
- **Performance Analytics**: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams to achieve sales goals and participate in team meetings to address challenges and opportunities.

Qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, retail, or a related field.
- Experience using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software, online payment systems, and social media tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
