**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals**:

- Develop stunning visual assets for brochures, flyers, hoardings, print ads, and digital campaigns.

**Social Media & Animated Content**:

- Create short animated reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media marketing.
- Work with the digital team to design compelling ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Repurpose static designs into engaging video content using basic animation tools. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling:

- Develop high-quality visuals that align with Modi Builders' brand identity and positioning.
- Enhance visual appeal of project presentations, investor pitch decks, and customer communication.
- Conceptualise creative campaign ideas and bring them to life through engaging designs. Software & Tools Expertise:

- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW (for static designs).
- Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut for basic animated reels & motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design (preferred, but not mandatory).

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
**Experience**: 3-5 years in marketing visualisation / graphic design / digital content creation. **Portfolio**:Must showcase brochure designs, ad creatives, social media content, and basic animation work.

**Creativity & Visual Storytelling**: Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography.

**Animation Skills**: Ability to create short-form motion graphics, GIFs, and animated reels. Social Media Design: Experience in designing for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google Ads.

**Collaboration Skills**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop effective campaigns.

**Time Management**:Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
