**Job Brief & Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across digital channels. Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) through regular posts, stories, and interactions with followers.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive brand image. **Lead Generation**:
Analyse and optimize campaigns to maximize lead conversion rates.
Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation activities.
**Content Creation**:
Collaborate with designers to produce visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics**.**
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
**SEO & SEM**:
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns. **Analytics & Reporting**:
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital marketing metrics.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
