**About the Job**:
As an International Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and showcase how our product can provide tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.
- Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Directs sales processes to generate revenue.
- Conduct inbound/outbound calls (Audio/Video) promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs, provide effective solutions, and explore upselling opportunities
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
- Qualify and prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, cold calling, and follow-ups.
- Identify key decision-makers within target businesses and establish connections.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, networking, and management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in evangelizing and selling new products in new market environments.
- Proficient in modern sales methods and tools, leveraging technology for productivity.
- Familiarity with online sales and sales software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in sms industry.
- Experience working with CRM systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
