**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive **Company**: Bhoomi Interior **Location**: Bahadurgarh, Raipur, Patiala Bhoomi Interior is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to approach traders, dealers, and retailers in the almirah and furniture industry to promote and sell our range of mild steel wardrobes, modular kitchens, and office almirahs. **Key Responsibilities**: - Identify and approach potential traders, dealers, and retailers in the furniture and almirah industry within the assigned territory. - Present and promote Bhoomi Interior’s product offerings, highlighting their quality, durability, and competitive advantages. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support. - Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies. - Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the furniture or almirah industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and understand their needs. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the interior manufacturing industry. - Career growth and development opportunities.
