Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and proposing customized lighting solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring the brand's values and quality are well represented.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities, leveraging this knowledge in sales strategy.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales activities and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the LED, lighting, or related industry.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- A self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical understanding of LED and lighting products, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Availability to travel across the designated territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
