- Prepare detailed project proposals, estimates, and presentations to address client requirements effectively.
- Engage with potential clients, ensuring clear communication to build long-term professional relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables based on client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to develop strategies for improved project acquisition.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on submitted bids and manage post-bid communications.
- Maintain a database of bids submitted, contracts won, and client details for reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to achieving revenue and project acquisition targets consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project acquisition through online bidding platforms.
- In-depth understanding of project management practices and client handling.
- Familiarity with IT services, software development, or related domains.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in drafting compelling proposals and understanding client requirements.
- Expertise in using bidding platforms and knowledge of their algorithms and best practices.
- Basic technical knowledge of software development, web development, and IT services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, and online collaboration platforms.
