**Qualifications.**

(a) Minimum Qualification Intermediate/10+2 from a recognized board.

(c) Should have experience as Data Entry Operator of minimum 2 yrs in any SW Appln preferably in Army/Defence hosted over NW/NICSI Cloud.

(d) DEO should be between age group of 21 years to 40 years.

(e) DEO should have min Typing speed of 35wpm in English.

**3. Skill/Scope of Work.**

(a) DEO should be well conversant with the working of the computers and should necessarily have knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel etc.

(b) DEO will have to produce a character certificate from a Gazetted Officer of the Central Government/State Government/Principal/Police Authorities etc.

(d) DEOs antecedents should have been verified by agency from the local police authorities.

(g) Proof reading of new entries into a database etc.

(h) DEO Should be able to make data entry, preparation of reports, scanning the documents, pdf editing and other office documentation as desired by Buyer.

(j) DEO shall be responsible to collect and deposit back files/documents from one room to another as per instructions of the Buyer.

(k) Each DEO shall do min 300 entries in Software per day failing which daily wages may be deducted proportionately.

4. Timelines. DEOs will be hired for twelve months from the date of award of contract and will work onsite at buyer’s location in working hours from 0900hrs to 1730hrs from Monday to Friday and after working hours including on Saturday/holidays, if desired by the Buyer.

5. Evaluation criteria for Bidders.

(a) The quantification of the resources offered will be done by TEC Board of Officers (BOO) by physical interview & typing test etc at Buyer location.

(c) During the process of evaluation of the technical proposal, the bidder might be required to arrange interview and typing test of randomly selected 2 DEOs.

**Payment breakdown:
