**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Category Strategy**: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to drive category growth, profitability, and market share.
- ** Product Assortment & Development**: Identify gaps in the category, introduce new products, and optimize the existing portfolio.
- ** Market & Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- ** Vendor & Supplier Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best terms for pricing, margins, and supply chain efficiency.
- ** Pricing & Promotion Management**: Define pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discounts to optimize revenue and customer acquisition.
- ** Sales & Performance Analysis**: Monitor category performance using key metrics (sales, margins, inventory turnover, conversion rates, etc.) and take data-driven actions to improve outcomes.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and digital teams to enhance category visibility and customer experience.
- ** Inventory & Demand Planning**: Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stock-outs, and manage demand forecasting effectively.
- ** Customer Insights & Experience**: Utilize customer feedback and behavioral data to improve product selection and overall category experience.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in category management, product management, preferably in [industry, e.g., E-commerce, Retail, Distribution, etc.].
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with pricing strategies, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
