Job Description : Senior Power BI/Tableau Developer

- Develop and maintain advanced Power BI/Tableau dashboards, ensuring high-quality data visualization and user experience.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer analytics teams to understand and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Perform deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights, recommendations, and storytelling through dashboards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

- Maintain and enhance data models for better performance and scalability.

- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI and SQL advancements to improve existing processes.

- Create best practices documentation and train end-users in dashboard Qualifications :

- Experience : 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL.

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and stored procedures.

- Domain Knowledge : Strong experience in Finance, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.

- Data Visualization : Expertise in designing dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data landscapes.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder Qualifications :

- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience in DAX queries and creating calculated columns/measures in Power BI.

- Familiarity with tools like Python or R for advanced analytics.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and analytics pipelines.

- Experience in predictive analytics and statistical modeling is a Skills :

- Technical Skills : Power BI, SQL (advanced), DAX, Data Modelling, ETL Tools, Python/R (desirable).

- Domain Knowledge : Finance Analytics, Customer Journey Mapping, Campaign Effectiveness, Marketing Attribution.
