About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist with 35 years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying complex machine learning and AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Machine Learning services, model lifecycle management, and end-to-end ML pipeline creation. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models on Azure.

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure ML Pipelines, or Databricks.

- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and evaluation.

- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define model requirements and objectives.

- Operationalize models using Azure services such as Azure ML, Azure DevOps, and AKS/ACI for model hosting.

- Implement and manage ML Ops practices for versioning, monitoring, and retraining models.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and contribute to business strategy.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to business use cases.

Key Requirements :

- 35 years of hands-on experience in applied data science, preferably in a production environment.

- Strong expertise in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Proven experience with Azure ML Studio, Azure Machine Learning SDK, and related Azure services.

- Experience building and automating end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion to model deployment).

- Good understanding of model monitoring, retraining strategies, and ML lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
