About Ahhaa

We are a growing mental wellbeing digital company that uses gamificiation in our app for mind wellbeing. We believe in creating delightful user experiences through thoughtful design and engaging animations. As we enter our next growth phase, we're looking for a Junior Animator to help us elevate our product experience and expand our creative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Animation: Create micro-animations and interactive elements for web and mobile interfaces

2. Marketing Content: Create animated marketing materials and explainer videos to support our growth initiatives

3. Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers and developers to implement animations that enhance user experience

4. Technical Implementation: Ensure all animations are optimized and easily exportable in GIF, MP4 and JSON formats for seamless integration

5. Brand Consistency: Follow and help refine our design branding guidelines across all animated content

6. Continuous Learning: Stay current with animation trends, tools, and techniques in the digital product space

Tools Freedom:
We’re tool-agnostic — use any tool that works best for you (After Effects, Spline, Rive, Blender, etc.) as long as the final assets are easy to export and hand off for integration into our product and media.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong portfolio showing 2D/3D animation skills
- Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, etc.)
- Passion for storytelling and attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools
- On time delivery
- Basic understanding of web/mobile design constraints
