We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized recruiter to help expand our network of changemakers. This position goes beyond a traditional HR function—it involves guiding motivated interns who wish to become changemakers, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to impactful initiatives in the social sector, all while advancing a cause that truly matters.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Guide and support a team of interns, help them stay motivated, active, and engaged every day.
  2. Keep track of intern activities by sharing reports and highlighting insights to improve performance.
  3. Run recruitment end-to-end from finding new candidates to onboarding them (and off-boarding when needed).
  4. Build partnerships with vendors that help in sourcing candidates and generating support for Pawzz.
  5. Boost team morale with fun engagement ideas and personalized strategies.
  6. Prepare important documents like offer letters, certificates, and LORs quickly and accurately.
