**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, verifying, and processing credentialing documents for healthcare providers.
- Communicate with providers and facilities to gather required information and clarify documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records in internal databases and systems.
- Ensure all credentials meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.
- Track license renewals, expirations, and compliance deadlines.
- Coordinate follow-ups and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support senior credentialing staff in audits and quality checks.
- Prepare reports or status updates as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.
- Strong verbal and written **English communication skills** are essential.
- Experience working **night shifts** aligned with **US time zones** is required.
- Basic knowledge of credentialing processes or healthcare terminology is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
