**Job Description**:
Pulse Software Solutions is seeking a full-time inside sales rep to join our team We are an award-winning software solutions company. We own several SAAS products in the human resources and healthcare industries.
The inside sales rep position consists of using techniques on prospects and persuading potential and existing customers to take software demos with our sales team. Inside sales reps will utilize sales scripts to target the needs and interests of specific individuals and persuade potential customers to take a demo.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Conduct a needs assessment, and determine client requirements and expectations to pass qualified sales opportunities onto the Enterprise Sales team.
- Generate new business leads by providing some basic product information promptly.
- Vet leads based on sales and marketing-determined criteria and passes quickly to the Enterprise Sales team.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members.
- Manage the CRM and ensure all leads and conversations are captured in it.
- Effectively communicate with the Enterprise Sales team and schedule calls, webinars, and appointments with qualified leads.
- Strategize with top-producing sales leaders.
- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
- Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Soft Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team-selling environment.
- Develop sales relationships with clients and solicit referrals.
- Ability to set goals and meet or exceed them.
Education and Experience Required
- Minimum six months of prior telesales or call center experience
- A High School diploma required
- Previous relevant Software/SaaS sales experience or other related markets/business experience
Expect to receive a competitive advantage if you have
- CRM experience
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in a related field
- Experience in human resources
