**Job Summary**

Are you the master of production, orchestrating flawless processes and delivering excellence on time? We’re looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor with 4+ years of experience to keep our operations running like a well-tuned machine. From juggling schedules to resolving challenges with finesse, you'll ensure everything stays on track, all while keeping customers delighted and quality top-notch.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan production to ensure deliveries are on time and within budget.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve service efficiency and quality.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Production, project & service-related issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Prepare and analyse service performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Promote best practices like 5S, Kaizen, or Lean principles within the team.

**We’re looking for someone who**
- Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Diploma / BE - ECE
- Familiarity with BMS protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP (Must have)
- Knowledge of BMS field devices is required.
- Problem-solving skills
- Curious with excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Should be willing to travel (Local/outstation)

**Good to have**
- Some degree of understanding of IoT and SaaS products.
- Domain knowledge in Lighting, Building Automation, BMS, HVAC, and Control systems
- Knowledge of short-range wireless protocols
- Hands on experience in Linux system installation, administration and maintenance
