**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide counseling and guidance to individuals seeking employment, addressing their career goals, skills development, and personal challenges.

2. Conduct assessments to understand the needs and aspirations of clients, and develop personalized action plans.

3. Assist in resolving employee issues, including conflicts, performance-related concerns, and grievances, in collaboration with HR teams.

4. Conduct field visits to various locations to identify potential beneficiaries and assess community needs.

5. Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on employment-related topics.

6. Prepare detailed reports on counseling sessions, field visits, and program outcomes for documentation and analysis.

7. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.

8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
