Job Title: E-Commerce Executive/manager

Job Requirements
- Good communication Skill
- Seeking a meticulous Ecommerce Executive/Manager adept in optimizing Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Snapdeal and Myntra platforms.
- SEO Optimization - Mandatory
- Listing of products on the market place ( Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Snapdeal and Myntra platforms)-Mandatory
- Handle Warehouse.
- Managing Order processing part from fulfillment of orders to proceed the delivery and returns/cancellations.
- Monitoring Account Health, Performance Notifications, Buyer Messages, Feedback, and Rating & Review of Amazon Account of Seller’s.
- Making catalogues and do the categorization as per the products for all online shopping site Amazon.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in ecommerce catalog management essential.
- Handling the inventory update and Out of stock issue.
- Maintaining backend and front end of uploading products and their details ensuring increase of visibility of catalogue.
- Optimize listings and images across multiple channels.
- Ensure accurate and compelling listings, optimize SEO, and drive sales.
- Proficient in platform management, data analysis, and content optimization.
- Taking Care of payment receive by Amazon and provide Merchant Tax Reports to Seller’s.
- Managing advertisement part like Add Campaign & Regulate as needed, Add Coupon, Discounts etc.
- Managing Order processing part from fulfillment of orders to proceed the delivery.
- Order verification to ensure minimum RTO, Address modify, changing the order status and handling the order cancellation part.
- Have worked on automation of price of inventory ensure sale growth.
- Making catalogues and do the categorization as per the products for all online shopping sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
- Handling the inventory update and Out of stock issue.
- Monitoring Service Analysis and MIS Report Management.
- Coordination with the delivery agency for urgent delivery/delivery on correct address.
- Preparing upload template for different market places for all our products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless operations.
- Mail Communication.
- SPF claim.
- Team Building.
