Customer Care Executive

As a CRM Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and boosting sales performance. You will play a key role in managing B2B/B2C sales funnels, onboarding new clients, maintaining key customer accounts, and optimizing CRM workflows to drive revenue and customer loyalty across our brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow retail, salon, and e-commerce partner relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead conversion.
- Support new product launches with tailored sales strategies.
- Develop automated workflows and personalized communication journeys.
- Monitor customer lifecycle and design win-back/retention campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify gaps in customer engagement or sales opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for key clients or distributors.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups, review meetings, and satisfaction surveys.
**Key Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
