**Job Title**: Executive - Travel Desk

**Experience**: 3 - 5 years
**Education**:Graduate (any field), IATA qualified will be an added advantage.
**Salary Range**: As per best to industry.
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiner to 1 Month.
**General Description-**
- As a TMD Executive, he / she will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate travel arrangements for the employees.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Also, he / she should be a people’s person. Knowledge of MS-Office is a must.

**Job Description-**
**1. Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
- Ensure travel bookings align with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Handle last-minute changes and emergencies effectively to minimize disruptions.
**2. Expense Management**:
- Process travel-related expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Verify expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist employees with expense reimbursement procedures and inquiries.
**3. Travel Policy Compliance**:
- Stay up-to-date with company travel policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on travel policies and ensure adherence to them.
- Identify opportunities for policy improvements and efficiencies.
**4. Vendor Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to optimize cost savings and service quality.
- Address any issues or concerns with vendors promptly and professionally.
**5. Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate regular reports on travel expenses, trends, and savings.
- Analyze travel data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on travel analytics.
**6. Other Administrative Activities**:
- Daily Admin work
- Housekeeping
- Maintaining ISO Compliance related data.
- Invoice payments.
- General Admin activities
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
