Job Title: Business Analytics Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver training programs on business analytics topics such as data analysis, data visualization, predictive analytics, and machine learning.

Create training materials including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and tailor training programs to meet those needs.

Provide guidance and support to participants during and after training sessions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and incorporate them into training programs.

Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.

Attend meetings and participate in discussions to provide input on training strategies and program development.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or related field.

Proven experience as a business analytics trainer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of business analytics topics such as data analysis, data visualization, predictive analytics, and machine learning.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.

Experience with training delivery methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and e-learning.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Ability to travel to client locations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000 per month

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
Teaching (preferred)
