**Job description**

We are looking for a skilled Placement Trainer to join our team. As a Placement Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting Students' to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to secure employment. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions, coaching job seekers, and developing job-specific training materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions to equip job seekers with the necessary skills for employment.
- Provide job seekers with coaching and support throughout the job search process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students to identify job opportunities.
- Create job-specific training materials and update existing materials as needed.
- Assist students with resume preparation and interview skills.
- Work with other team members to identify and implement strategies for improving job placement outcomes.
- Track and report on job placement outcomes and monitor the success of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, or social work.
- Proven experience as a placement trainer, job coach, or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with job placement programs and employment services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Placement Training: 1 year (required)
