**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and build relationships with companies for student placements (internships & jobs)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and companies
- Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports
- Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness
- Follow up with placed students and employers for feedback
- Work closely with trainers and academic teams to ensure student readiness
- Organize job fairs, campus drives, and employer interactions

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in placement
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam and English)
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
- Passionate about student development and career growth
