Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and deploy a catalog of enterprise-wide consumable products. **What you will be doing**

**Skills Required**:

- Experience with SCRUM, Agile, SAFe, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- People management skills as a scrum master of the team
- Hands-on experience with Rally tool is an advantage

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform conflict management and negotiations, daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives as a scrum master of the team
- Work closely with RTE/BA/PO/DEV Managers/Dev Team/QA to ensure all teams understand the business and technical requirements
- Assist the BA/PO in prioritizing the product backlog and active development based on business needs and requirements
- Drive daily development team standups and answer questions brought up by the team
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development team, and the QA testers
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements by delivering the required product drop on time

**Education**: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computers/IT Engineering
