**Responsibilities**
- Scrum Master will support Project Manager in defining the scope and timing of projects
- To Facilitate Scrum Events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Refinement / Grooming if needed
- Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Supporting the Product Owner with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog
- Closely work with Product Owners & development team
- Scrum Master will facilitate to resolve any delivery obstacles or roadblocks
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Responsible for managing Scrum Artifacts with Product Owner & development team
- Completely own the product development process and manage sprints as Scrum Master in product development using a clear, defined, documented agile methodology/process
- Scrum Master will document & maintain scope changes, formalize change request and communicate to the team and stakeholders
- Identify the project’s critical path and plan and measure the project goals and objectives
- Facilitate communication and effective collaboration

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience in a Scrum Master role
- 8 - 10 yrs. experience in project management / Scrum Master positions delivering technology projects in enterprise or product company
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Experience in using tools like Jira for planning, estimating, reporting and monitoring project progress.
- Strong experience in driving multiple concurrent projects and successful project delivery. Experience in working with multiple locations, countries is very advantageous.
