**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of JCB machinery & equipment, including excavators, backhoe loaders, telehandlers, and other construction machinery. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for JCB machinery & equipment.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.

**Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:Sales Reporting:Negotiation & Closing:Collaboration & Training**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Offer expert advice and technical support to customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales reports to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers.
- Ensure successful closure of deals and follow up on post-sale activities.
- Coordinate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share best practices and insights with the sales team.**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of JCB products and the construction machinery market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
