**Job Summary**:
**Experience**: 6 Month to 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Initiate and answer inbound/outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present products or services to customers and explain their features and benefits.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Convert leads into sales by persuading potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Follow up on inquiries or leads and generate interest in the company's offerings.
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Ensure data is updated regularly for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Report sales progress and challenges to the team leader or manager.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product/service offerings to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell related products/services as appropriate.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve company goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- **Listening Skills**: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and basic computer operations.
- **Positive Attitude**: Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
