**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide product/service information, guide customers in making informed decisions, and assist them in utilizing the company’s offerings.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery, and post-purchase inquiries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
- Organize and participate in customer events, webinars, or promotional activities as needed.
- Provide timely updates on customer accounts to senior management and stakeholders.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Customer Relationship or Account Management role.
- Knowledge of the company’s products/services and the industry trends.
- Proven experience in customer service, client management, or relationship-based roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal teams.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
