- Why this job matters- CDM Expert performs functional delivery to one or more functions on a contract whilst also acting in an SME capacity to CDM Support within same team.- Your Accountabilities
- What you'll be doing- The CDM Expert Role will be responsible for a number of the following activities:
- The management of multipleinvoices, derived from a central commercial inventory issued from multiple BT billing entities to multiplecustomer entities;- Obtaining cost inputs, normalising, validating and managing exceptions to correction for customer contracts; Managing and reporting for all internal contract resource costs including forecast and variance management, resource on and off-boarding, etc. for customer contracts ; The build, population and
- management of all billing data held in contract commercial inventories derived from multiple feed sources such as BFG, Expedio, contract change logs, product billing systems, third parties, etc.;- The build, population and management of all cost data held in contract commercial inventories derived from multiple feed sources such as BFG, Expedio, contract change logs, product billing systems, third parties, etc.;- The buid, population and management of all s ervice inventory data held in contract inventories derived from multiple feed sources such as BFG, Expedio, contract change logs, product billing systems, third parties, CMDB, Naam, etc.- The operational SME for a group of CDM Support against one or more of the activities that are listed against the CDM Support Role.- Skills required for the job- Functional knowledge of tower
- Effective communication skills
- Numerate
- Understanding of functional delivery in contract environment- Experience you would be expected to have- Ability to guide Functional Support Team
- SME level knowledge for functional tower
