As our Online Bidder, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to secure new projects and clients by bidding online, sending proposals, and pitch presentations through portal like Upwork, LinkedIn etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create winning bids, proposals, and presentations that effectively showcase our capabilities, competitive advantage, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify potential clients, prepare data, and identify competitors' strategies, providing valuable insights for crafting tailored bids.
- Nurture and expand client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding their evolving needs, and offering innovative solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure accurate bid development, resource allocation, and project scoping.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics to proactively identify new business opportunities and leverage them to our advantage.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have great working knowledge of bidding platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr etc.**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to craft compelling bids and presentations that engage and persuade potential clients.
- A keen understanding of the IT services industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitor analysis.
- Proven experience in bidding and winning projects, with a track record of successful negotiations and client acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
