Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Freelance Portal Bidder to join our team. As a Freelance Portal Bidder you will be responsible for bidding on various freelance platforms such as Upwork Freelancer Fiverr Guru and others to secure projects and expand our client base. Your ability to craft compelling proposals effectively communicate with clients and showcase our expertise will be instrumental in winning projects and driving the growth of our freelance business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Evaluation**: Thoroughly review project listings on freelance portals and understand the clients requirements objectives and deliverables.

2. **Proposal Development**: Create well-crafted and personalized proposals that address clients needs clearly articulate our services and highlight how we can meet their project goals.

3. **Portfolio Presentation**: Showcase our portfolio and relevant samples of past work to demonstrate our capabilities expertise and the quality of services we offer.

4. **Bid Strategy**: Develop effective bid strategies to increase the chances of winning projects while maintaining competitive pricing.

5. **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends market demands and competitor activities to tailor our bids and stand out from the competition.

6. **Communication**: Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a courteous and informative manner.

7. **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiation discussions with clients to finalize project scope timelines and pricing while ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.

8. **Client Relationship Management**: Foster positive relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

9. **Platform Compliance**: Adhere to the guidelines and policies of various freelance portals ensuring that all interactions and transactions are in line with platform rules.

10. **Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze bid success rates conversion rates and other relevant performance metrics to optimize bidding strategies and improve outcomes.

11. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the internal team including project managers designers and developers to gather relevant information and deliver high-quality proposals.

12. **Target Achievement**: Work toward meeting and exceeding bidding targets and business development goals set by the company.

13. **Feedback Integration**: Utilize client feedback to continuously improve our bidding process service offerings and overall client satisfaction.

**Education/Experience**

**Requirements**:
1. *Previous Bidding Experience*: Proven experience in bidding on freelance portals with a successful track record of securing projects and building a strong client base.

2. *Exceptional Communication Skills*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

3. *Portfolio and Proposal Development*: Strong portfolio development skills and the ability to craft compelling and tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients.

4. *Market Awareness*: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends market demands and competitor activities in the freelance marketplace.

5. *Negotiation Skills*: Proficient in negotiation techniques to finalize project terms and agreements with clients.

6. *Time Management*: Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

7. *Self-Motivation*: Self-driven proactive and able to work independently to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

8. *Adaptability*: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in project requirements client feedback and platform s.

9. *Professionalism*: Professional and courteous attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.

10. *Bachelor s Degree*: A bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communication or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
