**We are currently seeking an Outside Sales and Marketing Associate. The associate's main responsibilities will include establishing connections with key customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing the company's services and achievements.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Travel (100%), prospect, and network throughout a defined sales territory to develop new business opportunities
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with employers (clients) daily
- Prepare a sales pitch to sell the company’s services and brand to clients within your given territory
- Educate clients on how our services can benefit them financially and professionally to support their needs
- Build trust and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Work with office team to identify any issues and implement correction actions in order to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Maintain record of all leads/prospective clients and/or client accounts to report monthly
- To be a successful fit

You're a top performing salesperson in your current role and can prove you always hit your targets
- 2-3 years of successful sales work experience
- Fluency in local language is preferable
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong competitive awareness with the ability to change strategies according to client needs
- Hold a valid Driver’s License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
