- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Evaluating customer’s skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships.
- Regular submission of CRM and MIS.
- Creating marketing and training collaterals.
- Forecasting & Reporting targets.
- Stock maintenance of items dealt with.

- Managing & handling complaints and cases.

》Proven sales experience, sector-specific Industrial sales experience is preferred.
》Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
》Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
》Business Development Managers / Sales Engineers may spend 60% to 90% of their time traveling.
》Should take ownership of the assigned target and strive to meet them successfully.
》Should have inclination and self-motivation to learn new technology/products and promote it aggressively to the market.

》Should be prompt in submitting accurate, up to date and timely reports.
》Should be able to pro-actively plan and execute travelling in the assigned territory (usually NCR).
》Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Computer use competency.
》Self-motivated and driven.
