Network Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support and maintenance for networking infrastructure.

Configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and related network devices.

Diagnose and resolve network issues using various troubleshooting techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network connectivity.

Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures.

Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree.

CCNA certification or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.

Proficiency in configuring and managing routers and switches.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.

Knowledge of network security best practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
