**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled **L2 Support Engineer** to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues escalated from the Level 1 support team. You will act as the bridge between end-users and higher-level engineering teams, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support, ensuring prompt diagnosis and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Collaborate with product, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve deep-rooted issues.
- Analyze recurring incidents and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices with the team.
- Monitor systems and perform proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical role.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
