**Admincum Hardware Networking Executive**

We are looking to hire an experienced, talented and hardworking Admin hardware and network executive. You will be responsible for installing hardware components, analyzing computer performance data, and system troubleshooting, collaborating with software engineers and modifying existing hardware platforms to enhance functionality in upgraded systems. You also response will be able for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of organization to ensure maximum up Me for the users. The role can include designing system configurators, documenting and but will not be limited to managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading excising systems as necessary. To ensure success as a computer hardware and Network engineer, you should exhibit a meticulous and analytical approach to your work.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
◆ Installing computer and network related hardware products such as Computer Systems, Switches, Firewall, Routers, and other smart devices.

◆ Creating specifications and documents for components and completed computer systems.

◆ Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks with security at upmost.

◆ Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, Servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP, etc.

◆ Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security

◆ Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting

◆ Investigating faults in the network.

◆ Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases

◆ Reporting network status to key stakeholders.

◆ Assisting Admin and operations team in day to day tasks.

**Educational Qualification Required**:
◆ Minimum Qualification - Technical Graduation from recognized university OR experienced with any qualification.

◆ Additional Preferred Qualification - Certificates such as MCSA or MCSE, CCNA, etc.

**Experience**:
◆ Minimum 1-3 years' experience of working in a similar role

**Skills and at rebuts required**:
◆ Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities

◆ An ability to learn new technologies quickly

◆ An ability to follow processes

◆ Strong documentation skills

◆ Good communication skills - both writ en and verbal

**Salary**: 15,000/- to 20,000/- Per Month.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
