- Responsibilities_
- _Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment_
- _Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution_
- _Inbound & outbound calling_
- _Provide payment plans basis customer requirement_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Under graduate / Any Graduate_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- _Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good customer handling skills_
- _Good communications skills_
- _High Energy level_
