**Job Title: Cold Calling Executive**
**Location: Mohali**
**Employment Type: Full-Time**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:
- Generate qualified leads in the eCommerce sector focused on Conversion Rate Optimization services.
- Manage end-to-end cold outreach campaigns, including:
- Prospect research and list building using **Apollo**.
- LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Write compelling, personalized messages to improve response rates.
- Maintain detailed lead tracking using CRM tools.
- Optionally, conduct cold calls to further qualify leads or schedule appointments.
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Excellent English communication skills; **US accent is preferred**.
- Proficient with cold outreach tools including **Instantly, Apollo, Sales Navigator**, etc.
- Solid understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong writing skills for high-converting outreach copy.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and process-oriented.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Experience in cold calling international clients.
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing and CRO fundamentals.
