Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage inbound leads, engage with potential clients via email and phone, follow up diligently, and drive sales conversions in international markets. If you have strong communication skills and are adept at leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for strategy and efficiency, this is an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound leads, qualify prospective clients, and initiate outreach via email and phone.
- Generate new leads using telephone canvassing, online tools and search engines, emails, trade show contacts, and networking events.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel and secure conversions.
- Update and manage CRM tools; track lead status and ensure seamless interactions with clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement; develop strategies to enhance the sales pipeline; implement automation where useful.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare sales reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business units, strategy teams, and the U.S. business development department to align efforts on high-priority initiatives.
- Create persuasive business cases and presentation materials; craft pitches for internal ideas and for securing pilot customers.
- Oversee invoice generation and follow up on payments.
- Understand client needs across multiple sectors and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Arrange sales meetings and deliver presentations to prospects.
- Utilize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop approach and pitch documents for cold outreach (calls and emails).
- Meet or exceed targets and comply with all reporting and compliance requirements.
- Should have good knowledge of digital marketing

- Proficient in using CRM software, Excel / Google Sheets, typing, AI tools like ChatGPT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management.
- Solid skills in persuasive writing, email communication, and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Analytical ability: able to interpret sales data and optimize lead conversion strategies.
