
Office Assistant

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Manage inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls.Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Assist in the organization and coordination of office events and functions.
Location: Nizampura, Vadodara
Working Days: Mon-Sat
Time: 10 am - 7 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
